We are Kelvin Thong and Anne Koh, PropNex’s Champion couple team for the past 5 consecutive years (2019-2023), serving with passion and dedication, helping their clients with their real estate portfolios for the past 14 years, concluding more than 1400 transactions till date. Through the years, driven by interest of wanting to assist surrounding individuals to be able to make informed real estate decisions, led them into research work and this eventually developed their strong analytical skill sets which has earned them the recognition as real estate analysts with sharp and accurate foresights, occasionally presenting to mass crowds to share their views of the market at public seminar.

The duo’s achievements over the years are astonishing, breaking records with a double individual PropNexMillionairetitles (Years 2019-2022), the first couple in history to have achieved this record. They have received more than 400 sales performance awards over the past 14 years, consistently being the top 0.1% of Singapore’s Largest RealEstate Agency, PropNex.

Kelvin had also been featured in various medias, such as StraitsTimes, LianheZaobao, Mediacorp Channel 5, Edgeprop, 99.Co and Real Estate magazines. Some of their greatest accomplishments in this industry include a successful private treaty collective sale, that led on to developing and marketing a new development ForteSuites, where Kelvin achieved 65% sales for the developer. He is one of the co-founders of the PropNexLUXTeam, where he holds a senior leader position to lead more than 10 new launch developments in the Luxury market as Chief-In-Charge. Kelvin currently also leads an Advisory group of more than 360 associates under his leadership.
